During and between team sessions, participants share their progress and challenges and learn from eachother. We learn from participants how to meet them where they are, engage them and continuously improve our solution.

We value good data and evidence-based outcomes. We require baseline data for every behavioral or biometric goal set and provide strong accountability mechanisms for behavior change. This data-driven approach separates us from the herd of wellness solutions on the market, and enables us to do more substantive experimentation and engagement.
